Notios is a dry white from the Peloponnese region. It is produced and bottled at Gaia Estate, Koutsi-Nemea from Moshofilero grapes grown on the Arcadian plateau and Rodotis on the Corinthian slopes. Just lovely with Prawn and Feta Saganaki or Stuffed zucchini flowers.

The slower the task, the rubier and deeper the colour of your finished quinces. Set your oven temperature on low, add peeled, cored and halved quinces with a little liquid and sugar, cover tray and bake for several hours.
